Course IA — Single Course

Process one course CSV against a grading policy. The CSV filename must match the course namespace in the policy (e.g. cec26_ge04.csv).

Inputs

Columns: namespace, title, strategy, total assignments, best-N count.
Columns: name, email, section, then one column per quiz.
